Local Shipping (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore)

Standard Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery via PostEx/Call Courier, with tracking available. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.

Please note that we do not offer express delivery. Only standard shipping is available.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to Zefiro at the customer’s expense. This includes the cost of shipping and any applicable fees. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Items Marked as Delivered

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are marked as delivered by the courier. We recommend using a secure delivery address to avoid any delivery issues.

All Guru Wear pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects by a 14-day official limited warranty from the date of purchase. A lifetime color/plating warranty is restricted to stainless steel pieces only. Materials such as brass, 925 silver etc are not covered under this warranty. 

This warranty covers manufacturing and color/plating defects, not including damage caused by:

• excessive wear.
• lack of care.

During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Guru to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.

Guru wear will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either 1 time

• repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
• replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced.
• refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.

Guru Wear shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Guru Wear. A replacement product will not assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Guru Wear’s property.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IF RUSSET CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. RUSSET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
